Please read these Terms of Service carefully before participating in text message communications from Primary Electric Incorporated via the JOBBER messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Name & Description

These terms govern the Primary Electric Incorporated SMS messaging program, delivered through the JOBBER platform. We send text messages to customers who have opted in to receive communications from us.

Messages sent through this program may include, but are not limited to:

Estimates and quotes for electrical services

Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations

Service updates and job status notifications

Invoices and payment-related information

Promotions, special offers, and seasonal discounts

Customer support communications

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and the services you have requested. You can generally expect to receive messages as needed in connection with your scheduled appointments, active service jobs, estimates, and billing. Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received through this program. Primary Electric Incorporated is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. Please contact your mobile service provider if you have questions about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Primary Electric Incorporated by providing your mobile phone number to us directly during a service call, through our website, or when scheduling an appointment. By providing your number and consenting to receive texts, you confirm that:

You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

You are at least 18 years of age.

You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Primary Electric Incorporated.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us to unsubscribe immediately. After texting STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number, except as required by law.

You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 6 to request removal from our messaging list. Please allow up to 3 business days for opt-out requests made through channels other than the STOP keyword to be processed.

Continued participation in our messaging program following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Primary Electric Incorporated is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS messaging services are provided AS-IS.
